Session Four
Technology and Innovation

Presented in partnership with Microsoft Corporation, IDEO, Cisco Systems, Inc.,
Fast Company, TVU Networks, City of Mountain View, and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce

Thursday, November 8
12:30pm - 7:00pm
Microsoft Silicon Valley Conference Center
1065 La Avenida
Mountain View, CA 94043

In keeping with the Technology and Innovation theme of Economic Summit 2007, TVU Networks and the Cal State East Bay SBDC will be broadcasting the day’s sessions live over the Internet.

Unlike typical Internet video broadcasts that use older and costly streaming technology, TVU uses its core broadcast technology called Real-time Packet Replication (RPR). With RPR, broadcasters can reach global audiences through a single broadband connection. The bandwidth required to broadcast does not increase with the number of viewers, as all the viewers watching cooperate and share packets to give each other the best possible signal.

Download the free TVUPlayer at http://pages.tvunetworks.com/downloads/player.html to access hundreds of free, live Internet TV channels from around the world.

The Technology and Innovation Summit being held at Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Conference Center on November 8th will be available live, for free, here:
