		Astra Women's Business Alliance Astra Women's Business Alliance, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, is a strategic partner of Women's Business Enterprise National Council providing third-party certification for women-owned and managed firms in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Northern California. Astra creates events for corporate and agency buyers to meet certified women business enterprises (WBE) to explore contracting opportunities. 		California Integrated Waste Management Board The California Integrated Waste Management Board is the designated State agency to oversee and manage California's 76 million tons of wasted resources generated each year.
